A 30-minute one-on-one session designed to get to know you, understand your dance goals and objectives, and help tailor future lessons or programs to better meet your needs.
Youth Classes
Ballet and Creative Movement:
This class is specifically designed for children ages 4-6. Students will learn ballet technique and body positions, while also exploring a fun and creative way to express their emotions through less formal dance. These two styles complement each other, helping students understand that while technique is important, it is the expression through movement that truly brings dance to life.

Includes One-Step, Two-Step, Country Swing, Country Waltz, Triple Two, East Coast Swing, Cha Cha, Nightclub, and Polka.
Ballroom:
Includes Foxtrot, Waltz, Tango, Viennese Waltz, and Quickstep.
Ballroom Latin/Rhythm:
Includes Cha Cha, Rumba, Samba, Paso Doble, Jive, East Coast Swing, Bolero, and Mambo.
Swing:
Includes West Coast Swing, East Coast Swing, Lindy Hop, and Blues.
Club Latin:
Includes Salsa on 2, Salsa on 1, Bachata, Cha Cha Cha, Merengue, Cumbia, and Zouk.

Lizeth Katz
Originally from Monterrey, Mexico, Lizeth has a diverse dance background, including ballet, jazz, and ballroom. She has performed at prestigious events and is an active competitor. Lizeth is dedicated to teaching dancers of all ages and abilities, known for her inclusive and inspiring style.
Lisa Vargas
With over two decades of dance experience, Lisa specializes in styles like salsa, bachata, and swing. She has earned numerous accolades, including placing second in the US Open. Lisa also runs three dance companies, fostering a vibrant community and promoting dance as a way of life.
Travis Herman
Travis, a former Scottish Highland Dancing champion, has 15 years of experience in Country, Swing, Latin, and Ballroom. Ranked among the World's Top 10 in Division 1 Country, he's also a West Coast Swing champion and leads salsa teams, known for his expertise and teaching excellence.
Teams
Being part of a dance team can push you to grow in skill and build strong connections. We offer salsa teams and an all-levels fusion team for various experiences. Challenge yourself and travel with us to Salsa/Bachata congresses.

In Studio:
- 40min lesson: $125
- 1.5hr lesson: $225
Off Site:
- 1st hr: $175 per instructor (includes 50 miles of roundtrip travel + 15 min call time).
- Additional time: $50 per half hour per instructor.
